Through the OnPatient Portal — it's the best way to reach your care team. Send symptom updates, questions about your protocol, or anything that comes up between visits. Messages are answered during business hours.
Every 3 months at minimum, and they run 20–30 minutes. Appointments are not limited in quantity — book as often as you need. If you're on BHRT, labs may be required 10–14 days before your visit on select visits.
It depends on your Blueprint. Lifegevity members receive Elite Lab Assessments 3–4 times a year; Thrive 365 includes one comprehensive assessment annually.
Request it through the prescription ordering section about two weeks before you run out. Your provider reviews every refill request before it's released.
Yes. Message your provider or our office and we'll walk through which plan fits where you are now. Thrive 365 has a minimum 12-month commitment. You can upgrade your plan at any time.

Message us before you stop anything. Most side effects are a dosing or timing adjustment. If it's severe or urgent, call the office; if it's an emergency, call 911.
No — your monthly membership covers your care: assessments, lab reviews, concierge access, and progress visits. Prescriptions and supplements are billed separately at cost.
