There is a finite number of patients Dr. Lori can know deeply, respond to quickly, and treat as the inner circle of the practice. If that number is exceeded, the experience changes for everyone.
So it isn't. Membership is by application, limited in any given quarter, and reserved for patients ready to make this a genuine priority in their care and their longevity.

Within 2 weeksYou'll hear back within two weeks of your video conversation. If a Circle seat is available in the current quarter, you'll be offered enrollment. If seats are filled, you'll be placed on the priority list for the next quarterly cycle.

The Lifegevity Blueprint is Dr. Lori's highest-standard membership Blueprint — comprehensive labs, virtual concierge visits, priority scheduling. The Founders Circle is layered on top of that: it adds direct access, first access to new protocols, exclusive events, founding pricing, and the small-group Circle community.
Circle membership is a premium tier layered on top of your Lifegevity Blueprint. Specific pricing is discussed during your video conversation with Dr. Lori or the senior team, so we can walk through what's included and what makes sense for your goals. Founding rates lock in for continuous members.
You need to be a Lifegevity Blueprint patient — either currently enrolled or actively enrolling. This ensures Dr. Lori and the team already know your story and can evaluate Circle fit meaningfully. If you're new to the practice, start with a complimentary consultation first.
Sometimes. The Circle is capped each quarter. When the cap is hit, qualified applicants are placed on the priority list for the next quarterly cycle. You'll always know exactly where you stand.
Current Circle membership rates are locked in for as long as you remain continuously enrolled. As the practice grows and rates adjust upward over time, Founders Circle members are grandfathered into the original founding rate. If you leave the Circle and later return, re-entry is at current rates.
Yes. There's no long-term contract — Circle membership is month-to-month after the initial onboarding period. If you step out, you can remain a Lifegevity Blueprint patient with no interruption to your regular care.
Standard Circle events (educational sessions, community gatherings) are included. In-person regenerative aesthetics treatments and specialty on-site events are billed separately at Circle-preferred rates — the same preferred pricing available to all Blueprint members.
Not every applicant is accepted, and that's on purpose. If Circle isn't the right fit, we'll tell you directly and honestly — and you'll continue to receive Dr. Lori's full Blueprint care without any change. You're welcome to reapply in a future quarter.
